Estemdad Haider is an entrepreneur, executive, business management consultant and strategist with a proven record for steering business startups, business acquisitions & turnarounds. With the right skills in communications and customer service management, he extends a history of increasing revenue growth through big-picture vision, creativity, and an innate sense for ‘what works’ in business. He has worked with companies from the inception of new concept and format development, category management, pricing and promotions strategies, sourcing strategy, supply chain management, talent recruitment, project development and roll-outs. Mr. Haider has been involved in the retail industry and startups for the last 28 years. He held senior management positions with companies affiliated with Toyota, Volvo, Jaguar and Chrysler in the US, the largest grocery retailer in Bangladesh and managing food procurement and distribution for the World Food Program. He brings significant knowledge of working with local farmers to local conglomerates, multinational companies to multilateral agencies such as UNDP, WFP, UNHCR, Care and UNICEF.
